These days news videos and reels are full with the amateur videos showing the protests and protesters in Delhi. We assume that the protesters know what they are doing. I remembered an old interview of a prominent bureaucrat when he was asked his vision of India. He answered "If hundreds of thousands of suns were to rise at once in the sky, their radiance might resemble the effulgence of the supreme person in the universal form". He quoted from the Bhagvadgita and referred to a radiant India. The negotiations will happen whenever they will, but people have awakened.

     I was inspired to watch other TV channels and write a few lines in a lighter vein and destress the reader. TV news happens to look like war zone. A lot of split screens and the panelists argue about a topic. The anchor looks like a hero presenting the program with the intensity of an action film. Good Job. I press forward channel button. This time the soap operas- A vulnerable looking 'bahu' takes care of her huge joint family against an evil mother-in-law. The episodes are so many that the actors have plastic surgery during the series and surprisingly not only their looks but voice and height have also changed. Then the reality show- Their anchors are to be watched and where do they get their glittery jackets from. I move forward the channels and aha! the movie channels. A lot of south Indian film are rebranded and dubbed as 'Rowdy Chief', 'Dangerous Khiladi' or 'Super Khiladi'. Say whatever, I want to look like the film devotees and there is a reason for that. :).

     As we continue to feel the pain of the gen z student protesters, I suggest ppl to find meaning in work and spirituality.
